What is Individual therapy?

Therapeutic services are usually fifty minutes long and are engaged on a weekly or biweekly basis. I work from multiple frameworks such as psychodynamic, relational, CBT, systemic, etc. that are based on the individual and the difficulties they are facing.

 FAQs

  • Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • Either can be arranged but I find virtual are easier to attend regularly with young people’s busy schedules.

  • A therapy session is 200 per session.

  • I can typically get you in within two weeks but at times I am full.

  • This varies depending on the difficulties and needs of each individual, however most of clients graduate from therapy within approximately 2-6 months.
